I've been out of touch for a while, dealing with life and other "fun" things. Okay, so not having internet isn't fun at all. It's freakin' torture. But now, I'm the frustrated owner of satellite internet. So yeah, I'm back online... as long as it isn't cloudy!
It's a busy time of year right now -- what with kids getting ready to go back to school -- so I'm not counting on getting caught up (okay, so as caught up as I ever get) until after I get my days back to myself.
One thing to note: I had a massive HD failure, resulting in loss of works in progress, pictures, misc files, and downloaded emails. Important stuff, of course. If you emailed me before May 10th or so (and didn't receive a reply), I no longer have access to those emails... so please re-send.

Never Let Go: The Ace of Cups Grant and Devon have been best friends — with benefits, of course – since college. Grant is a best-selling author of a well-known action/adventure series, but it still doesn’t pay well enough for him to live on. Devon is a photographer that works in the porn business and he’s gotten pretty close with many of his subjects. Grant and Devon roomed together in harmony, each putting up with the other’s quirks, until Grant developed stronger feelings for Devon.
After a night of passion-fueled love-making, Grant finally tells Devon of his feelings and Devon reciprocates. However, only hours later, Grant walks in on some unknown model showing Devon just how good he is at his craft. Six months later, Grant’s trying to find a job and Devon’s still trying to win him back. But Grant is hurt and still sees Devon as the player that he’s always been. The two of them will have to get past what happened between them in order to find out what’s in store for the future.

In Curiosity by Misa Izanaki, bartender Dante wants his half-vampire lover Kale to bite him. Kale is hesitant, afraid he’ll go too far and hurt his sweet lover. But will refusing his lover this request do as much damage as granting it could? Jourdan Lane’s offering, Clarity, brings us back to the world of Soul Mates. In this story Caleb’s punishment is coming to an end and he is finally allowed to feed again. While he’d love to begin with master vampire Lucien, it is his lover Xander he turns to.
And finally, in Keifer and Me, Mike Shade brings us the reunion of Davey with his lover Kiefer after a year’s separation. Keifer’s promised him a homecoming Davey won’t forget, but when Keifer starts talking about being a werewolf, Davey has to wonder if he’s going to have to have Keifer committed. Who doesn’t love it when the boys get a little toothy?
